Easter Rocky Road
- Milk Chocolate 250g
- Dark Chocolate 250g
- Butter 300g
- Digestives 450g
- Marshmallows 250g
- Mini Eggs or Creme Eggs – 250g
- Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave for approx. 2-3 minutes.
- Lightly crush the digestive biscuits then add chopped marshmallows.
- Add in the melted mixture, mini eggs or cream egg and mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture into lined baking tray and decorate the top with chopped mini eggs or cream eggs.
- Leave to set.
