White Chocolate & Raspberry Meringues
Ingredients
- 200 g Egg White
- 400 g Sugar
- 10 g Craigies Raspberries
- 5 g White Chocolate
- 30 g Whipped Cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°
- Place egg whites into bowl and add sugar
- Whisk until stiff peaks
- Pipe the mixture onto a baking tray
- Place into oven for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes, turn the oven temperature down to 100° and bake for approximately 4 hours
- Once baked, let the meringues cool and fully dry out
- Place the cream into a piping bag and pipe onto the meringues (or dollop with a spoon!)
- Melt the white chocolate by placing it in a bowl over a pan half filled with boiling water
- Drizzle over the melted white chocolate, top with raspberries and enjoy!
