White Chocolate & Raspberry Meringues

A delicious sweet treat to enjoy after a day of picking fruit on the farm


  • 200 g Egg White
  • 400 g Sugar
  • 10 g Craigies Raspberries
  • 5 g White Chocolate
  • 30 g Whipped Cream


  • Preheat the oven to 200°
  • Place egg whites into bowl and add sugar
  • Whisk until stiff peaks
  • Pipe the mixture onto a baking tray
  • Place into oven for 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes, turn the oven temperature down to 100° and bake for approximately 4 hours
  • Once baked, let the meringues cool and fully dry out
  • Place the cream into a piping bag and pipe onto the meringues (or dollop with a spoon!)
  • Melt the white chocolate by placing it in a bowl over a pan half filled with boiling water
  • Drizzle over the melted white chocolate, top with raspberries and enjoy!


Enjoy with delicious fresh fruit picked on the farm!
