Community & Charity
Craigies gives back – As a local business, we get many requests to support worthwhile causes.
It is important to us that we give back to our community. As part of our dedicated charity programme, we have a number of initiatives we commit to each year to allow us to manage the many requests we receive. We would love to help everyone, but as a small business, unfortunately, that’s not possible.
Here’s what we do each year to make a positive difference…
Charity of the year
Kirsteen and John sift through hundreds of applications and decide on one organisation to support for a period of three years. Currently, this is Bethany Christian Trust.
If you would like to be considered in the future, please contact us with details or your organisation.
If successful, we will contact you.
Collections in store
In some instances, we allow charities to fundraise in our farm shop, however, in the interests of positive customer experience, we limit this to a small number each year. If you would like to be considered contact us will details of your organisation and your fundraising campaign.
Hampers are a great way of raising funds for charities and we are happy to support good causes within a 10-mile radius of Craigies.
We set aside 4 x £15 and 1 x £30 each quarter with an additional 9 x £15 boxes during the period of October to December.
Many of our hampers for 2020 have already been allocated but we still have a small number available. Please contact us if your not-for-profit would like to be considered. If successful, we will contact you.
