True to its roots, Craigies Deli & Farm Shop and online store celebrate Scotland’s larder. We strive to be the best Scottish farm shop, proudly stocking mostly local and home-grown produce. We are open daily from 9am – 5pm!
There’s nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked bread and that’s what you can expect when you visit our Scottish farm shop first thing in the morning (open from 9am – 5pm)!
We bake the very best farmhouse bread every day along with our fantastic range of delicious homemade scones, traybakes and occasion cakes. We can cater to a range of dietary requirements and can even make personalised birthday cakes for your loved one, so get in touch if you want us to create something special.
To tempt our customers further, we have handmade chocolates as well as award-winning ice-creams.
Our deli counter is filled with delicious chef-prepared fridge- and oven-ready quiches, pies and nourishing meals, ideal for occasions when you want someone else to do the cooking for you!
We also sell our top dishes at the online farm shop which you can have delivered to your door.
Our cheese counter specialises purely in Scottish cheeses including our customer’s favourite Isle of Mull and Kintyre cheddars. Perfect for our tasty range of quality oatcakes and biscuits.

We have an award-winning butchery headed up by Steve Mitchel AKA ‘The Buffalo Farmer’ as seen on Farming Life TV!
We serve the finest cuts including items from Buffalo Kitchen along with home baking, dairy, peanut butter, pies, pickles, oats, flour, oils, dressings, ice cream and more in our shop– we even have a dedicated chocolate counter!
Local suppliers are at the heart of our business and we are proud to support established local farmers, producers and brewers, as well as new and innovative start-ups.
Our customers consider us one of the best farm shops in Scotland, Craigies is, without doubt, a foodie’s paradise. The Sinclairs have been producing homemade chutneys and fruit jams since 1985. John’s mother, Anne and wife, Kirsteen follow family recipes and use traditional methods to make delicious preserves from fruit and vegetables grown, picked and preserved on the farm.
You’ll find our Jam Kitchen chutneys and fruit jams in our farm shop and online shop.
Craigies has an array of great gifts for all the family, from our foodie favourite hampers to our farm-themed toys and treats for the children!
If you can’t decide on a gift, why not consider a Craigies gift voucher? You can buy a gift voucher online. Our vouchers make the perfect present for friends and family. They can be used in the farm shop, online shop and the café and are available to buy online or at Craigies. We’ll even post them for FREE so that’s another job off your list!
Did you know that Craigies can help you juice your tasty apples? If you’ve got surplus apples from your garden or grocery shop, we can help turn them into delicious juice. Apple juicing requires around 10kg of washed juicing apples as a minimum, bring your own to us, buy them or pick here at Craigies!
Drop off Times:
- Saturday & Sunday between 9am and 11am or 2pm and 4pm for juicing on Monday.
- Tuesday & Wednesday between 9am and 11am or 2pm and 4pm for juicing on Thursday
- Apple juicing – £1.00/1litre
- Glass Bottle and Lid – 50p/1litre
- Bag ‘n’ Box – £2.00/5 litre
- Pasteurisation – 50p/1litre
Customers can drop off their apples to the farm shop, we will juice their apples, add their personalised labels, and contact them for collection.
- Approx. 10kg of apples is the minimum amount required for juicing (is short customers can buy Craigies own apples in the farm shop to reach the minimum amount).
- 10kg of apples will give you around 5 bottles of juice.
- The riper the better – cut an apple in half, if the pips are dark it is ready for juicing. Don’t bring rotten apples, you will get rotten juice!
