White Chocolate & Raspberry Meringues
A delicious sweet treat to enjoy after a day of picking fruit on the farm

Ingredients
200

Egg White
400

Craigies Raspberries

White Chocolate

Whipped Cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°
Place egg whites into bowl and add sugar
Whisk until stiff peaks
Pipe the mixture onto a baking tray
Place into oven for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, turn the oven temperature down to 100° and bake for approximately 4 hours
Once baked, let the meringues cool and fully dry out
Place the cream into a piping bag and pipe onto the meringues (or dollop with a spoon!)
Melt the white chocolate by placing it in a bowl over a pan half filled with boiling water
Drizzle over the melted white chocolate, top with raspberries and enjoy!
