Craigies Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
- 2 kg Craigie’s Strawberries
- 2 kg Sugar
- 2 Lemons Juiced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Oil
Instructions
- Hull and slice strawberries.
- Place in a heavy based pan with the lemon juice and bring to boil. Cook for 10 minutes whilst constantly stirring.
- Add sugar, bring back to boil and cook again for another 10 minutes until set.
- Stir in the oil to help disperse any foam.
- Pour into sterilised jars and seal.
