
Craigies Plum Jam
Ingredients
- 2 kg Craigies Plums
- 2 kg Jam Sugar
- 250 ml Water
Instructions
- Chop & de-stone the plums
- Place the plums and water into a pot to stew for 10 minutes
- Add the sugar & bring to boil for 10 minutes or until set
- Pour into sterilised jars and seal
- Allow the jam to set overnight
