Craigies Plum Jam

Cook Time 1 minute
Servings 5 Jars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 kg Craigies Plums
  • 2 kg Jam Sugar
  • 250 ml Water

Instructions
 

  • Chop & de-stone the plums
  • Place the plums and water into a pot to stew for 10 minutes
  • Add the sugar & bring to boil for 10 minutes or until set
  • Pour into sterilised jars and seal
  • Allow the jam to set overnight
