We are thrilled to reveal our fantastical theatrical experience written and produced especially for Craigies – Santa and the Christmas Bear.
Creating an unforgettable family experience is what we set out to achieve and with the help of an award-winning Santa theatre company and their team of professional actors they will bring the enchanting story to life. Take it from us, it is filled with fun and magic for the whole family!
The Santa and the Christmas Bear festive family experience will run every weekend from 3 – 23 December at Little Farmers. Visitors will embark on an immersive festive adventure, journeying through three magical mini-Christmas wonderlands filled with little surprises along the way!
In this panto-style experience, children will be captivated by theatrics, fun storytelling and rhyming elements. They will meet Mrs Claus and a cheeky elf named Splatz, who need help creating a special gift to thank Santa for his hard work delivering presents around the world. Of course, Father Christmas makes an appearance too!
Our interactive event also includes a 1.5-hour play session at Little Farmers adventure farm park, and children will choose a special early Christmas gift from Santa himself to take home.

Christmas at Craigies
Families can enjoy an array of festivities at our farm this year. As always, Dalmeny Christmas Trees will be based on-site, so visitors can come down and choose their own tree – Craigies’ carol singers will make the experience even more magical!
Families can recreate their own nativity scene with a visit to the animal fields and meet some of our animals, including horses, pygmy goats and highland cows. Those in favour of home comforts and more plush surroundings can retreat to the newly-refurbished Craigies Café for a hearty scran and enjoy Craigies festive menu, looking out over the winter wonderland from indoors!
Craigies Christmas food & drink shop is now open for delivery and click & collect for those who want to get prepped for the season ahead! Customers can pre-order their produce online now, including free-range turkeys, value meat bundles, sweet treats, trimmings and gifts.
Craigies Farm Shop is open daily from 9am-5pm, while Craigies café is open from 9am-4.30pm, with no booking required. Little Farmers café and toy shop are also open 9am-4.30pm, booking is required for the café but no booking is necessary for the top shop. Please note that Craigies Farm is a cashless business.
