As a family-owned business, it is important to us that we continue to provide a top-class service to our shoppers, some of whom are relying on us now more than ever.

We remain open and have launched an online ordering service for delivery and collection to assist those who are self-isolating. This means that everyone can continue to enjoy our fresh fruit and vegetables, quality butchery products, farmhouse bread, sweet treats and much more from home.

Opening hours 

Our farm shop is open every day from 9 am – 5 pm with social distancing and heightened health and safety measures in place. Our dedicated shopping hour provides a safe space for the elderly and vulnerable every Tuesday and Thursday between 9am – 10am.

We are also offering a takeaway service from our Café at the moment, so that you can pop in and enjoy your favourite Craigie’s rolls, coffees and teas! Perfect for popping by if you’re out for a countryside walk or cycle.

Social distancing and hygiene  

As you would expect, we have introduced enhanced social distancing measures to help keep everyone safe and well.

All visitors must use the handwashing facilities to the left of the main shop door before entering the shop and follow social distancing guidelines, keeping 2 meters from others.

We have heightened all our health and safety procedures and increased the frequency of spot checks and cleaning as a preventative measure. We have installed protective screens at our tills and have equipped our team with PPE wear including clear masks so you can still see the smiles of our friendly team!
