
Sophie’s Summer Fruits Smoothie
Ingredients
- 225 g Craigies Blackberries
- 225 g Craigies Raspberries
- 225 g Blueberries
- 1 Medium Banana (Just-Ripe) Broken into pieces
- 150 ml Natural Plain Yogurt
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Icing Sugar Optional
Instructions
- Measure all the ingredients into a food processor and whiz until smooth.
- Alternatively use a hand-held blender. Pour into a tall cool glass and enjoy.
