Sophie’s Summer Fruits Smoothie

Cool down after picking with a refreshing summer fruit smoothie – packed with juicy berries and farm-fresh flavour.

Ingredients
  

  • 225 g Craigies Blackberries
  • 225 g Craigies Raspberries
  • 225 g Blueberries
  • 1 Medium Banana (Just-Ripe) Broken into pieces
  • 150 ml Natural Plain Yogurt
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Icing Sugar Optional

Instructions
 

  • Measure all the ingredients into a food processor and whiz until smooth.
  • Alternatively use a hand-held blender. Pour into a tall cool glass and enjoy.
