The tenderest cut, fillet is often considered to be the finest of all the options when it comes to roasting.

Our specially selected native Scottish beef fillet is sourced locally and matured on the bone for a minimum of 21 days using a traditional dry-aging process for extra tenderness and flavour.

Yours will arrive fully trimmed by our master butchers and ready for the oven although you might also want to consider Beef Wellington as an option.

And please don’t feel like you have to make your own puff pastry, it’s a total faff and shop bought does the trick beautifully.
