Over 20,000 sqft of indoor and outdoor play, kids can clamber and climb on a bespoke Timberplay Scotland play-barn, sand and water messy play yard, a mini animal farm, party rooms and a spacious cafe.

Fun for all the family
Over the years, we have loved welcoming families to our working farm, the much-loved shop and deli, café and PYO fields, and now we are thrilled to add to your family-farm experience.
It was important to us to bring you the same level of quality that you are familiar with at Craigies and so we paired up with Timberplay Scotland using world-leading Richter Spielgeräte products made in Germany to create a unique adventure farm park that will light up a child’s imagination, stimulating adventure, play and exciting farm work!
There is no shortage of fun at Little Farmers with slides, towers, troughs, barns, rope bridges, ladders and poles throughout. We even have the only spinning carrots and apples in the world! An outdoor area with sand and water promotes messy play and kids will love our mini animal with resident pigs, sheep, pygmy goats, Shetland ponies, chickens and a Clydesdale Horse. Our animal farm and activities will be open when we the local area is under level one restrictions – so keep an ear out for government announcements!
Little Farmers supports children’s learning and development
Whilst fun comes first and foremost, we wanted Little Farmers to go the extra mile and conjure up play areas that will also help a child’s development and understanding of the world around them – which at Craigies is a celebration of rural life!
Children can dive into play using all of their senses, with hours of adventures to be had on the tactile play equipment, which will give children a first look at how construction works and maybe even inspire their own ideas for building!
Natural and sustainable
Sustainability is at the heart of Craigies, from how we run the Café, to the way that we farm fruit and veg, to the locally sourced produce that we stock in the shop, and so of course, Little Farmers had to follow suit!
Richter Spielgeräte equipment is made from natural and sustainable wood and materials and we are so pleased that we have managed to align some of the bespoke design with the heritage and setting of our surrounding farmland using subtle theming (without compromising on play value for the children!)
Really, our aim is to give children a taste of rural life so that they can enjoy the great things that my family have enjoyed for generations – food, fun and farming!
We can’t wait for you to come and visit Little Farmers soon.
