Craigies Raspberry Jam
Ingredients
- 1 kg Craigies Raspberries
- 1 kg Sugar
Instructions
- Add raspberries to a heavy based pan, bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes. Stirring constantly throughout.
- Add sugar, then bring back to boil and cook for a further 10 minutes until set.
- Pour the jam into sterilised jars and seal.
