Craigies Raspberry Jam
A quick & easy recipe for Craigies classic raspberry jam!
Cook Time 20 minutes mins
- 1 kg Craigies Raspberries
- 1 kg Sugar
Add raspberries to a heavy based pan, bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes. Stirring constantly throughout.
Add sugar, then bring back to boil and cook for a further 10 minutes until set.
Pour the jam into sterilised jars and seal.
