Burns Supper Staples
Our award-winning traditional butchers is the perfect place to source a traditional Scottish haggis.
Craigies’ haggis is made with great attention to detail by our butchers to create a consistently flavoursome dish that packs a punch! Our unique recipe uses lamb, beef and buffalo offal, expertly mixed with oatmeal and our secret blend of spices.
In the mood for something different this year? Why not try one of our delicious steak, haggis & peppercorn pies or pork & haggis sausages. And don’t forget your five a day! We have a wide range of high-quality fresh veg on offer, home-grown and locally sourced wherever possible, to give you the tastiest neeps and tatties.
For the time poor among us (and let’s face it – who isn’t?), our homemade haggis, neeps and tatties stack is available as a ready-cooked meal – perfect for chucking straight in the oven! Serve with a delicious peppercorn sauce for the Craigies’ café experience. And fear not plant-based eaters, there are vegetarian options readily available!
A Burns Supper wouldn’t be complete without dessert. Homemade by the Craigies team, this sticky toffee pudding is the perfect addition to any Burns Night feast, available in our café and as a ready meal.
Souper Soups
We also have some favourite Scottish soups available in the café and our shop. Warm up with lentil or cock-a-leekie soup, served with a thick slab of our home-baked soda bread – perfect for mopping up any leftovers!
A Wee Dram

There’s a tipple for every taste bud, from our selection of fantastic Scottish whiskys to Peebles Hydro 1881 London Dry Gin and Pickering’s Gin, plus locally brewed beers and Scottish ciders galore.
For those participating in dry January but still keen to raise a glass to the great Scottish bard, why not try a bottle of Scottish-made Cairn O’Mohr’s non-alcoholic Sparkling Elderflower?
