Sophie’s Overnight Oats

A delicious & healthy treat to kick start your day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Craigies Raspberry Jam
  • 50 g Rolled Oats Available from our self serve
  • 2 tspb Greek Yoghurt
  • Handful of Craigies frozen raspberries
  • Drizzle of Dalmeny Honey
  • 125 g Milk
  • 1 tsp Chai Seeds

Instructions
 

  • The night before, stir the 125ml of milk, Greek yoghurt, handful of Craigies frozen raspberries, Craigies raspberry jam and chai seeds into your oats.
  • The next day, add more milk if needed, fresh berries & a drizzle of our delicious Dalmeny Estate honey or any other toppings of your choice!

Serves: 1 (can be doubled if needed)
