This amazing chilli infusion is created from chillies grown in Scotland, gerat neat or try with a squeeze of fresh lime and tonic.
Soft, and though an initial orange sweetness greets the tongue, it is chased away by an earthy, fresh juniper and a pine heat.
The taste left in the mouth is one of fresh pine with a hint of sour cream.
