No Christmas table is complete without a turkey and Craigies have an outstanding range of high quality, locally-sourced turkey with the trimmings to feed all the family!  

We stock Gartmorn Farm turkeys, which are farm-reared locally, free range and grown naturally. These high-welfare turkeys have 24 hour access to acres of grassland, which helps to create a truly flavoursome and quality product.

You can order your turkey in advance for Christmas for delivery or collection between 21st and 24th December. Simply visit our online Christmas shop and start filling your festive basket.  

In addition to turkey, Craigies Farm Shop has an array of fantastic main course options celebrating the very best of Scotland’s larder, including beef, pork, lamb, fish, chicken and vegetarian dishes to keep everyone satisfied over the festive season. 

Our butchers have been busy preparing the finest cuts for the most popular meal of the year and we have a wonderful selection of poultry, meat and veggie products in store. If you’re looking to switch things up, why not serve prime Scottish roast beef or delicious cut of Scotch lamb this year? 

There’s plenty to fill the plates of vegetarians too, with options including mushroom & spinach wellington that will make the meat–eaters around the table green with envy! 

We have a selection of Christmas sides and accompaniments to outshine the mains, including our beloved home-grown brussels sprouts which are bursting with both flavour and nutrients!  

Our rainbow of veggies, from carrots and cauliflower to onions and cabbage will add a pop of colour your plate, while our potatoes are perfect for roasting with our goose fat! With most of our vegetables grown here at Craigies or locally sourced from neighbouring farms, you can be assured you are receiving only the finest farm-fresh produce.

Turkey gravy, brandy butter and more, we have all the sauces and condiments to complete your meals over Christmas, including the essential homemade cranberry sauce for those turkey toasties on Boxing Day! 

No Christmas meal is complete without a pudding (or two!) and we have got so many treats in store for you this year. From a classic Christmas pudding to beautifully decorated cakes, these desserts are guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth.  

Plus, of course, Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without mince pies! We’ve also got a variety of biscuits, Scottish cheeses, quince and crackers for those who fancy a savoury after–dinner snack. 

We also have our chocolate counter which is full to the brim with mouth-watering flavours to choose from. 

To round off Christmas Day we have also got a tempting array of drinks on offer, from local beers to wine and artisan gin!  

We would particularly recommend the Edinburgh Food Social’s Winter Gin, sales of which go towards supporting local food accessibility and knowledge across schools and communities in Edinburgh. The Jacobite ‘45’ Spirit of Rebellion rum is also pretty special and very warming on a winter’s night!
