Do you have gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options?

Our café can cater for a range of dietary requirements including gluten-free and coeliac. We also cater for vegans and vegetarians. Simply ask our member of staff about our daily GF, vegan and veggie options.

Can I take my dog?

Only guide dogs are permitted in the café, shop, play areas and the fruit and vegetable fields. We have a small outdoor ‘canine café’ where dogs can stop with their owners for a rest and a drink of water.

What are your café opening hours?

The café is open every day between 9.00am – 4.30pm.

The Café is now operating for walk-ins only. Currently we are not taking bookings.

Customers can order through the new Craigie’s App and receive table service. We will remain cashless for the time being, and all payments can be made at the table.

Farm Shop

What are your shop opening hours?

Craigies Farm Shop is open every day from 9am to 5pm. We have an older person’s ‘safe shopping’ hour from 9am to 10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

When are your soft fruits available?

Our soft fruit is generally available in the farm shop from June – October.

Online shop

How do I make an online order?

Orders for delivery and collection can be made online. If you need help making an order, please phone us on 0131 319 1048 between 9 am and 5 pm.

How do I know when my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation when we have successfully received your order and payment.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can book a delivery slot while placing your order online at our farm shop, we recommend ordering a few days in advance to secure your preferred delivery date. Deliveries are made between 9 am and 5 pm. More information here.

Where do you deliver to?

Craigies delivers to a range of EH postcodes. For full details see our delivery page.

How does click and collect work?

Simply order your goods online and book a date to collect your groceries from the Craigies car park. We will take your shopping directly to your car boot. More information here.

PYO

When will PYO start this year?

Our Pick Your Own operates from June-October and is currently operating on a pre-booking system. You can book a slot here. We release tickets on Sunday evenings, then each evening for the following day depending on produce levels.

Do you run events and activities for school groups?

We run special programmes for schools and other groups throughout the year. Please get in touch for more information.

Craigie’s Farm Animals

What animals do you have?

Although Craigie’s is mainly an arable farm, we do have a wonderful family of farmyard animals including goats, donkeys, pigs, sheep and Shetland ponies which you can come and see!

Are the shop and café wheelchair accessible?

Our cafe and shop are on one-level and are wheelchair accessible. We also have accessible toilet facilities.
