Four Marys Subtly Spiced is a distilled gin using allspice, rose petals and apricots alongside juniper and coriander to give a warm, exotic flavour. The addition of black and long peppercorns gives the gin a spicy bite that is warm and exciting.
Best served with ginger ale to complement the warm spices. Garnished with a wedge of lime.
