GAMMON JOINT – SMOKED, BONELESS
Gammon is smoked using oak and beechwood chippings for a delicate yet deep and complex flavour.
Ideal roasted in honey or used for a very grown-up Ham in Coca Cola (see the ‘Cooking’ tab opposite) but equally nice roasted plain and simple.
The leftovers make wonderful sandwiches too!
