George's Eton Mess
Enjoy a delicious sweet treat after a day of picking fruit on the farm!

Cook Time 5 minutes mins
- 2 Large Meringues
- 500 g Strawberries hulled & chopped
- 500 ml Double Cream
- 1 tbsp Icing Sugar
Blitz 1/3 of the strawberries to make a strawberry sauce.
In a large bowl, whisk the cream & icing until it holds its shape.
Roughly crush one meringue & tip it in with your strawberries & stir.
Then swirl through the strawberry sauce.
Dollop into bowls then break the other meringue shell into quarters & place on top!
