Easter Rocky Road
A fab Easter recipe which is fun to make and tastes great!

Ingredients
Milk Chocolate 250g
Dark Chocolate 250g
Butter 300g
Digestives 450g
Marshmallows 250g
Mini Eggs or Creme Eggs – 250g
Instructions
Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave for approx. 2-3 minutes.
Lightly crush the digestive biscuits then add chopped marshmallows.
Add in the melted mixture, mini eggs or cream egg and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into lined baking tray and decorate the top with chopped mini eggs or cream eggs.
Leave to set.
