Parsnip & apple soup
Comfort food at its best, this is sure to be a winner. An easy lunch or dinner to prepare on a cold winter’s day.

Garlic

Apple Juice

Litres Stock

Instructions
Heat a splash of oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat
Sweat off the onions and garlic in the pan
Add all the parsnips, potatoes, stock and bring to the boil then cook for 25 mintues
De core your apples
Add the cored apples to the pan and cook for a further 25 minutes
Add the apple juice then blend
