Easter Rocky Road

A fab Easter recipe which is fun to make and tastes great!

Ingredients
  

  • Milk Chocolate 250g
  • Dark Chocolate 250g
  • Butter 300g
  • Digestives 450g
  • Marshmallows 250g
  • Mini Eggs or Creme Eggs – 250g

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave for approx. 2-3 minutes.
  • Lightly crush the digestive biscuits then add chopped marshmallows.
  • Add in the melted mixture, mini eggs or cream egg and mix until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into lined baking tray and decorate the top with chopped mini eggs or cream eggs.
  • Leave to set.
