Yorkshire Puddings


Ingredients

  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 225mls Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 60mls Sunflower Oil

Method

Heat the oven to 200c. Cover the base of the baking trays with oil and cook for 10 minutes

Re adjust the oven temperature to 180c 

Combine the eggs and flour, mixing until all the lumps are out.

Add the milk and blend well. Divide the mixture into the hot baking trays

Cook at 180c for 20 minutes. Ensure the oven door is CLOSED for the full cooking period
