Craigie’s Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie


Ingredients

  • 125g Butter
  • 225g Dark chocolate
  • 3/4 tablespoon ground almonds
  • 205g Caster sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • Icing Sugar to dust top of cake

Method

  1. Grease and line you traybake tin. Dust the sides with ground almonds
  2. Melt the chocolate, butter and sugar in the microwave
  3. Whisk the eggs then add in the salt and almonds
  4. Pour in the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs and whisk until all ingredients are combined
  5. Pour the mixture in to your tin
  6. Bake at 150 fan oven for approx 30 minutes
  7. Dust with icing sugar
